For the past three years, I've been on a rollercoaster ride through the world of small businesses. From consulting to construction and everything in between, I've seen it all. But no matter where I went, I couldn't shake the desire to make things run smoother, faster, and more efficient (yep, I was that person who drove my coworkers crazy with constant improvement ideas).
There's something truly magical about taking something from complex to simple. From chaos to calm. As a business owner, you know all too well how life can feel like a constant juggling act.
